Biography

2016: OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the high jump ... took second in the high jump at Trinity ... recorded a season-best mark of 1.56 meters a Gustavus ... INDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the high jump after taking sixth ... won the high jump at the CSB|SJU Invite with a season-best mark of 1.53 meters ... earned Academic All-MIAC honors.

2015: OUTDOOR ... ranked ninth in MIAC at the end of the season ... qualified for the conference outdoor championships and just missed All-MIAC after finishing seventh ... took third at the CSB|SJU Quad and the Tommie Twilight ... INDOOR ... finished the year ranked fifth in the MIAC in the high jump ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking fifth at the conference indoor championships ... won the high jump at the CSB Quad.

2014: OUTDOOR  ... Academic All-MIAC ... had a season-best jump of 1.55m INDOOR ...  ... Academic All-MIAC ... named All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fourth-place finish in the high jump at the MIAC Championships ... jumped a season-best 1.61 in the high jump, her best career jump indoors ... that mark is good for fifth in CSB indoor history.

2013: First season … OUTDOOR … All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a 5-feet-0.50 (1.54m) in the high jump to place sixth at the MIAC Championships … mark of 5-feet-05.0 at (1.65m) at the Hamline Invite ranked second all-time at CSB … mark also ranked 33rd in the NCAA at the end of the season … high jump mark of 5-feet-05.0 (1.65) ranked fourth in the MIAC at the end of the season, stood as a team best on the season and second best all-time in team history … INDOOR … 1.58m mark in the high jump ranked seventh in the MIAC and  stood as a team best at the end of the season.
 
High School: Good is a 2012 graduate of Mora High School. She participated in volleyball (six years), basketball (five years), and track and field (four years). In volleyball, she was a three-time letter winner, voted Most Improved, Most Inspirational, Most Blocks, All-Conference, and Honorable Mention. Basketball awarded her with a letter, the JV Mustang Award and she was a part of the All-Conference Academic Team for two years. She was also a letter award winner in track, MVP, Academic All-Conference, and All-Conference in 2012.
 
Personal: Good is the daughter of Beth and Marc Good of Mora, Minn. She enjoys designing and sewing formal dresses, volleyball, and shopping. She is majoring in nursing. Her brother, Andrew also attended CSB|SJU.
