2015: Named to the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team as a senior ... winner of the team's Coaches' Award ... batted a career-best .204 ... played in 24 games ... finished with 11 hits, including two home runs ... sent in eight RBIs ... recorded 30 putouts and three assists from right field.

2014: Junior season ... appeared in five games with four starts ... went 1-8 with a hitting percentage of .125 and one double.

2013: Sophomore season ... appeared in 34 games with 33 starts … batted .203 with 14 hits in 69 at-bats … scored nine runs and drove in seven more … hit three doubles … walked four times … went 1-for-1 stealing bases.
 
2012: Steck played in 29 games in her first season.  With 71 at bats, she scored 4 runs and hit 13 times.  With an RBI of 5 and a field percentage of 95%, Steck has proven herself as a significant rookie for the Blazer team.

High School: A 2011 graduate of St. Teresa’s Academy, Steck was coached by Don Land and participated in softball (four years), basketball (four years), and soccer (two years) during her athletic career at St. Teresa’s Academy. Steck received the Champions of Character Award in basketball her senior season. She also received the Pauline Reardon Award for athletics in 2011.

Personal: Steck is the daughter of Melissa and TJ Steck of Kansas City, Mo. Her father and two aunts attended CSB|SJU. She enjoys all sports and babysitting. Steck is majoring in nursing.
