Biography
2015-16: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 free and 50, 100 and 200 backstroke ... took fourth in the 50 back in 27.97 seconds, a new PR ... also took seventh in the 200 backstroke and 10th in the 100 backstroke ... broke one minute in the 100 back for the first time in her career and finished the race in 59.88 seconds, the fourth-best time in CSB history ... also swam a career-best in the 200 back in 2:10.95, the fifth-best time in school history ... part of the 200 medley relay team that swam the second-best time in school history ... recorded 14 top-10 finishes, including a pair of wins.
2014-15: Competed in two meets ... finished in the top 25 in the 100 and 200 backstroke against Division I competition at the Jean Freeman Invite on Dec. 6 ... took second in the 50 backstroke at the Hamline Invite Nov. 8 ... studied abroad and did not compete in the spring semester.
2013-14: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 free and the 100 and 200 backstroke ... finished 10th in the 100 back and 15th in the 200 back ... recorded a top-30 finish in the 50 free ... swam the seventh-best 100 backstroke time in CSB history (1:00.89) and seventh-best 200 backstroke time in school history (2:21.48) ... won the 100 back at the St. Cloud State dual.
2012-13: First season ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 free and 100 and 200 backstroke ... took 12th in the 100 back and 14th in the 200 back ... finished in the top 30 in the 50 free ... swam career-bests in the 50 and 100 free and 100 butterfly ... recorded 20 total top-10 finishes ... took second in the 100 fly at the Concordia dual and the 200 back at the Carleton dual.
High School: Humbert is a 2012 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall. She was coached by Kevin Kubat, and participated in the swim and dive team for four years. Humbert was awarded Most Improved, Hardest Worker, and MVP. She also was a two-time state participant.
Personal: Humbert is the daughter of Lynn and Stephen Humbert of Hastings, Minn. She enjoys swimming, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends. She is majoring in psychology and minoring in pre-occupational therapy.
