2013: Junior season … OUTDOOR … Academic All-MIAC … All-MIAC in the 400-meter hurdles with a runner-up finish in 1:03.91 …. two-time All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the in the 4x400-meter relay with a runner-up tally in 4:02.80 and a fourth place finish in the Heptathlon with 4049 points … 400-meter hurdle time of 1:03.91 at the MIAC Championships placed 41^st in the NCAA … end of the season MIAC rankings included: second in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.19), fourth in the pentathlon (4049) … team best in the 400-meter hurdles with her 1:03.91 … INDOOR … Academic All-MIAC … All-MIAC in the pentathlon with a third place finish at 3143 points … All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fifth place finish in the 4x400-meter at 4:03.47 …  60-meter hurdle time was 9.54 was a team best on the season … pentathlon mark of 3143 ranked 27^th in the country at the end of the season and third in the MIAC… 600-meter time of 1:39.27 ranked sixth in the MIAC at the end of the season … 60-meter hurdle time of 9.54 ranked ninth in the MIAC at the end of the season … long jump mark of 16-feet-09.75 (5.12m) ranked sixth in the MAIC at the end of the season …
 
2012: Over the course of the season, Witschen took sixth in the 600 meter, fourth in the pentathlon, and second at home in the heptathlon.  She has two first place titles in the 400 meter hurdles, and in the 100 meter hurdles she took fourth.  At the MIAC Indoor Championship, her team took fifth in the 4x400 relay team.   At the MIAC Outdoor Championship, she took third in the 400 meter hurdles.  In both MIAC Championships she placed ninth in the long jump.  Witschen was Athlete of the Week on May 11, MIAC Academic All-Conference in both indoor and outdoor track, as well as being awarded Most Improved Track Athlete of the year. 

High School: A 2010 graduate of Monticello High School, Witschen was coached by Kim Nygaard.  She participated in cross country (four years) and track (four years) during her athletic career at Monticello.  She was all-state in track, state participant in cross country and track, all-conference, all-conference honorable mention and all conference academic in cross country and track. She was the captain of both cross country and track teams.

Personal: Mandy is the daughter of Cindy and Tim Witschen of Monticello, Minn.  She enjoys running, dancing, singing, playing solitaire and spending time with family.  At CSB|SJU, her major is elementary education.
