Biography

High School: A 2012 graduate of Apple Valley High School, Hermes was coached by Don Erdall.  She participated in hockey and lacrosse for four years.  She was voted Rookie of the Year, Most Improved, two-time All-Conference Honorable Mention, and All-Conference in hockey.  In lacrosse she was also voted Rookie of the Year, All Star Attack, and All-Conference Honorable Mention.  Hermes was captain of both lacrosse and hockey.
 
Personal: Liz is daughter of Suzanne and Ronald Hermes of Apple Valley, Minnesota.  She enjoys hockey, lacrosse, and music.  At CSB|SJU, Hermes plans on going into Physical Therapy and Nutrition.
 
What is the proudest moment of your career?
“When my team reached the section final last season.  We were the complete underdogs all season, and proved everyone wrong.”
 
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
“I like that it is so easy to balance the schoolwork and hockey.”
