2014: OUTDOOR ... recorded a career-high heptathlon score of 3802, including career-bests in the shot put (8.94m), 400m hurdles (1:04), 100m hurdles (16.19) and 800m (2:21.81) INDOOR ... Crowned MIAC Champion as part of the winning CSB DMR team ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors twice, once with a sixth-place finish in the pentathlon, and once as part of the fourth-place 4x400 team ... recorded a career-high pentathlon score of 2805, including career-bests in the long jump (4.75m), and 60m hurdles (9.68) and the 600m (140.43)

2013: Junior season … OUTDOOR … end of the season MIAC rankings included: eighth in the 400-hurdles (1:05.84), ninth in the heptathlon (3580) … INDOOR … pentathlon mark of 2659 ranked ninth in the MIAC at the end of the season.
 
2012: Helm took sixth place in the 400 meter hurdles.  In the home heptathlon she placed seventh, and eighth in the MIAC heptathlon. 

High School: A 2010 graduate of Rocori High School, Helm was coached by Lisa Swan-Anderson.  She participated in track (four years), dance (four years) and soccer (three years) during her athletic career at Rocori.  She is All-Conference in track and soccer, All-State Academic in dance, captain of track, dance and soccer teams,  two-time state participant in dance, two-time soccer team MVP and All-Area honor roll in track.

Personal: Helm is the daughter of Lori Kiffmeyer and Mike Helm of Richmond, Minn.  She is majoring in psychology.
