2014: OUTDOOR ... threw a career-best 11.26m in the shot put, also notched season-bests of 34.54 in the discus and 26.50 in the hammer INDOOR ... threw a career-best 11.89 in the weight throw
2013: Junior season … OUTDOOR … season bests included: 35-05.00 / 10.79 in the shot put, 110-10.00 / 33.79 in the discus, 109-09.00 / 33.46 in the hammer, and 89-01.00 / 27.15 in the javelin … INDOOR … season bests included: 34-05.50 / 10.50 in the shot put and 37-10.00 / 11.53 in the weight throw.
2012: Duppong took first place in shot put twice -- once at the home meet and once at the Meet of the Hearts.
High School: A 2010 graduate of St. Croix Lutheran High School, Duppong was coached by Rachel Grev. She participated in basketball (one year), soccer (two years), and track and field (four years). She was All-Conference in track and field in 2010, three-time All-Conference Honorable Mention in track and field, as well as All-Conference Honorable Mention in soccer.
Personal: Duppong is the daughter of Lisa and Jim Duppong of Lake Elmo, Minn. She enjoys weightlifting, photography, piano, music, and running. Her cousin went to CSB. She is majoring in biology and hispanic studies.
