2006-2007: Represented CSB on the inaugural MIAC Sportsmanship Team ... given the Blazer Coaches' Award ... played in alll 28 games, starting 23 of them ... averaged 24.5 minutes per game ... finished the season with a 2.1 assist-to-turnover ratio (led CSB) ... turned the ball over just 28 times (only 1.0 turnover per game) despite averaging the most minutes played per game ... turned the ball over one or less times in 21 games ... finished nine games with zero turnovers ... dished out 58 assists, averaging 2.1 assists per game (second for CSB) ... passed for three or more assists 10 times ... shot .400 from three-point range (second for CSB) ... recorded a 1.000 (100 percent) three-point field goal percentage in four games ... pulled down 32 rebounds and averaged 1.1 rebounds per game ... grabbed two or more boards on eight occasions ... made 26 of 65 three-point field goal attempts ... made two or more three-pointers in five times ... on Jan. 15, 2007 against Hamline, Carter recorded her career-high eight assists and finished the game with zero turnovers.
2005-2006: Appeared in all 27 games, starting two of them ... averaged 17.1 minutes per game ... led CSB with a 1.74 assist/turnover ratio ... dished out 33 assists (fourth for CSB) ... completed 16 games with no turnovers ... had 22 games with one or fewer turnovers ... scored 47 total points averaging 1.7 points per game ... had 11 steals and 23 rebounds.
High School: A 2005 graduate of Edina High School, Carter was coached by Jenny Johnson ... participated in basketball (four years) during her athletic career at Edina High School ... also competed in softball for four years... member of the Edina Basketball team who were section champions in 2002 ... was a three-time All-Classic Lake Conference selection in basketball ... captained Edina's basketball team her junior and senior years along with current Blazer teammate Ariel Tauer ... named team MVP ... was a two-time All-Classic Lake Conference selection in softball… three time best defensive player in softball… team captain in 06-07 and 07-08 in basketball.

What do you like about being/anticipate about being a collegiate student-athlete?
“I love that I have the opportunity to continue to participate in athletics, especially at a place like CSB. The support of professors, students, and the surrounding community is wonderful and makes the role of being a student/athlete that much easier.”
