2022: OUTDOOR: Competed in one meet as a senior ... INDOOR: finished 15th in the 55-meter dash at the MIAC Championships ... recorded four top-five finishes.

2021: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 100 and 200 ... finished 19th in the 100 and 25th in the 200 ... ran career-best times in the 100 (13.39) and 200 (28.50) on April 17 at SJU ... recorded nine individual top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: competed in five meets ... recorded eight individual top-10 finishes.

2020: OUTDOOR: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 60-meter dash and finished in the top 20 ... recorded five top-10 finishes as a sophomore.

2019: OUTDOOR: Finished 17th in the 100 at the conference meet ... also earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the sixth-place 4x100 relay team ... finished in the top 10 in the 100 twice ... INDOOR: took 13th in the 60 and 22nd in the 200 at the MIAC Championships ... finished sixth to earn All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors with the 4x200 relay team ... took second in the 60 at the Hamster Invite.

High School: Zdechlik is a 2018 graduate of Edina High School where she competed in cross country, Nordic skiing and track and field for four years. She earned varsity letters in track and field from 2015-18 and Academic All-State in 2018. Her proudest moment was seeing hard work pay off after an injury and achieving a personal record.
 
Personal: Grace is the daughter of Mary and Paul Zdechlik. Outside of running, Grace enjoys Nordic skiing, paddleboarding and hanging out with friends. She plans to pursue a nursing major.
