2023: Thompson earned Academic All-District, Academic All-MIAC and MIAC Athlete of the Week. Her batting average was.295 and her on base percentage was .340. Played in 27 games and started in 16. She had 44 at bats, 16 runs (fourth on the team), 13 hits, and six doubles (second on the team). Her RBI is 10 and stole 5 bases. Her ERA was 4.50, she pitched 4.2 innings and had four strikeouts. In the field, she had 12 chances, eight putouts and four assists.  

2022: Stepped in the pitching circle for the first time as a sophomore ... finished 6-4 in 15 appearances with 21 strikeouts ... recorded her first collegiate hit on Feb. 27 against UW-Eau Claire and her first home run on May 1 to end the game early against Saint Mary's.

2021: Saw time in 19 games as a first year, mostly as a pinch runner ... had 19 at-bats ... scored five runs.

High School: Thompson is a 2020 graduate of New York Mills High School. While there she participated in volleyball, basketball, softball and trap shooting for four years. She earned all-conference softball honors from 2017-19, all-section in 2018 and 2019 and all-state honorable mention in 2018. She was named to the all-state tournament team in 2018 and 2019, earned all-state first team accolades in 2019, all-state academic honors in 2020 and was the team MVP and MVP pitcher in 2019. She also earned all-conference honors in volleyball, basketball and trap shooting, and all-state academic honors in both volleyball and basketball. Thompson’s proudest moment was winning back-to-back state championships in 2017 and 2018 and hitting two home runs in the 2017 semifinal game.
 
Personal: Tiffany is the daughter of Darin and Wanda Thompson and she has one sibling, Taylor. Her favorite activities include hanging out with friends, hunting, and fishing. While at CSB/SJU she is pursuing an elementary education major and is looking forward to getting to play softball at the next level and getting to meet many new people.
