2023-24: Earned the CSB Athlete of the Week award on 2/19 and 11/6 … competed in ten meets, recording nineteen top-eight finishes … competed in the MIAC Championships, setting career-bests in the 50 Y Free (23.93) (2nd Place All-Time CSB History), the 50 Y Breast (31.83), and the 100 Y Breast (1:08.59) and competing in the 100 Y Free (54.16) … swam on the 200 Y Medley Relay (4

2021-22: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 and 100 free and 100 breaststroke ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking fifth in the 50 free ... also finished ninth in the 100 free and 18th in the 100 breaststroke ... earned All-MIAC honors with the third-place 200 free relay team ... also earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the fourth-place 200 and 400 medley and 400 free relay teams ... swam the fourth-best 50 and 100 free times in CSB history at the conference meet ... first to move into the top 10 in the 50 free since 2017 ... swam the fourth-best 100 IM time in program history at the Rochester Invite ... part of the record-setting 200 and 400 medley and 400 free relays and the second-best 200 free relay in CSB history ... recorded 12 top-five finishes, including three wins.
2020-21: Named the team's Rookie of the Year after scoring the most points out of any first year on the team ... recorded the ninth-best 50 free time in program history at the St. Kate's Quad ... first athlete to move into the top 10 in the event since 2013 ... also part of the third-fastest 400 medley relay and eighth-fastest 200 free relay in CSB history ... won one event as a first year.
High School: Wagner is a 2020 graduate of Buffalo High School where she participated in six years of swimming and two years of softball. She was also a USA Swimming state qualifier. Her accomplishments include six-time state swimming champion in 2018-19, and all-conference swimming honors from 2015-19. Her proudest moment was winning her events at the state meet and turning to her parents to give them a thumbs up because she couldn’t have done any of it without them.
Personal: Emi is the daughter of Jim and Beth Wagner and she has three siblings: Grace, Ava, and Sam. Emi is majoring in Dentistry. She likes being a collegiate student-athlete because it gives her the opportunity to continue her passion while meeting and inspiring athletes that are her age.
