2021-22:
Competed in eight meets as a junior ... won nine events and swept the one- and three-meter diving competitions three times ... recorded season-best marks on both boards on Nov. 20 at the St. Kate's/UWEC dual.

2020-21: Earned CSCAA All-American honors on the one-meter board for the second straight season after recording two national qualifying scores in just six meets ... becomes CSB's first swimmer or diver to earn back-to-back All-American accolades since 1995-96 and 1996-97 ... scored a 402 at Gustavus on Feb. 21 ... recorded a season-best one-meter score of 425.80 on March 2 at St. Cloud State ... swept the one- and three-meter boards twice ... finished in the top three on both boards in all six meets.

2019-20: Became CSB's first swimmer or diver to qualify for the NCAA Championships since 2002 after finishing in the top 10 on both the one- and three-meter boards at the NCAA Central Zone meet ... did not get the chance to compete as the championships were canceled by the NCAA due to COVID-19 ... earned CSCAA All-American honors as a national qualifier ... named CSB's Rookie of the Year ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after finishing fourth on both the one- and three-meter boards at the MIAC Championships ... set school records in the one-meter (six-dive) and one-meter (11-dive) competitions as a first year ... set the six-dive record in a dual against Macalester on Nov. 2 and the 11-dive record at the Carleton Diving Invite on Feb. 4 ... also recorded the third-best three-meter (six-dive) score and fourth-best three-meter (11-dive) score in program history ... won 10 events as a first year ... swept the diving competitions three times.

High School: Quill is a 2019 graduate of Becker High School where she participated in diving for six years and gymnastics for four. She was the Section 5A Diver of the Year in 2018, and won section and conference titles each year from 2016-18. She qualified for state and finished in the top 16 from 2016-18 - including a runner-up finish as a senior - and earned all-state in 2018. She earned six varsity letters in diving, and was the team MVP from 2016-18. In gymnastics, Quill qualified for state in 2017 and earned three varsity letters. She also earned the scholar-athlete award.

Personal: Quill is the daughter of Tana and Trevis Quill, and she has two siblings. She enjoys being with friends and family, and plans to major in integrative science at CSB/SJU.
