2021-22: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 500 and 1,650 free and 400 IM ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 400 IM thanks to a fourth-place finish and the 1,650 free after taking sixth ... also finished ninth in the 500 free ... swam the third-best 400 IM time in program history and eighth-best 1,650 free at the conference meet ... also swam career-best 500 and 1,000 free times at MIACs ... won five events as a junior.

2020-21: Competed in four meets as a sophomore in a COVID-shortened season ... swam a career-best 1,000 free time at the St. Thomas dual and a career-best 1,650 free time at the St. Kate's Quad ... recorded nine top-five finishes ... won the 400 IM at both the Gustavus and Hamline duals.

2019-20: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 200 breaststroke and 200 and 400 IM ... finished ninth in the 400 IM, 11th in the 200 breaststroke and 15th in the 200 IM ... swam the seventh-best 400 IM time and eighth-best 200 breaststroke time in program history at the conference meet ... also swam the ninth-best 100 IM at the St. Kate's Pentathlon ... recorded 12 top-three finishes as a first year, including four wins ... won the 200 breaststroke and 400 IM in a dual against Macalester.

High School: Molly is a 2019 graduate of Minnetonka High School and participated in swimming for four years. She earned the team’s Most Improved award in 2017 and was a captain in 2018. Her proudest moment was becoming a captain of her team.
 
Personal: Molly is the daughter of Patty and Erik Johanson and she is a biology and math double major on a pre-med track. Molly enjoys being a collegiate student-athlete because it has taught her how to manage her time and how hard she needs to work to be the best she can in both swimming and school.
