Biography
2022: OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets ... finished ninth twice with the 4x400 relay team ... INDOOR: competed in four meets ... ran a career-best 600 time (1:54.20) on Feb. 4 at Macalester ... finished sixth twice.
2021: OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets ... ran a career-best 800 time of 2:36.49 at the Tommie Twilight ... recorded two individual top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: competed in five meets ... recorded five individual top-10 finsihes, including second in the 800 on Feb. 28 against Concordia.
2020: Did not compete with the track and field team.
High School: Flack is a 2019 graduate of Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial High School where she participated in cross country, basketball and track & field for four years. She was the cross country team’s MVP each year from 2016-18, and a captain in 2017 and 2018. She also earned all-conference cross country honors her freshman through senior seasons. She earned all-conference track honors in 2018 and honorable mention in 2019, was the sub-section 3,200-meter relay champion in 2019 and was part of the sub-section team champion in 2019. She earned academic all-state honors in track in 2017 and 2018 and basketball in 2018-19, was a Wendy’s Heisman State Finalist in 2018, and was named Minnesota’s Most Positive Cross Country Female Athlete by Positive Athlete Minnesota in 2018-19. Flack also won multiple Minnesota State Fair championships in equestrian from 2016-18. The proudest moment of her career was being a member of the 2018 3,200-meter relay team that broke their school record and made it to the state meet.
Personal: Olivia is the daughter of Keith Flack and Angela Schuck. Her siblings are Miles and Katelin Flack. She enjoys running, reading, painting, and riding horse in her free time. She plans to major in biology.
