Biography
2022: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the heptathlon, 100 hurdles, high jump, long jump, triple jump and javelin ... earned All-MIAC honors thanks to a third-place finish in the javelin ... recorded the fourth-best mark in program history (37.36) ... took sixth in the heptathlon to earn All-MIAC Honorable Mention ... also finished eighth in the triple jump, 10th in the high jump, 11th in the long jump and 13th in the 100 hurdles ... recorded eight top-five finishes ... INDOOR: earned All-MIAC honors after taking third in the pentathlon ... also finished ninth in the 55 hurdles and triple jump and 13th in the high jump ... recorded the 10th-best pentathlon score in CSB history at the Bison Open in February (2,944) ... also moved into ninth in CSB history in the triple jump with a mark of 10.80 meters at the CSB/SJU Invite.
2021: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the heptathlon, 100 hurdles, long jump, javelin and triple jump ... took third in the heptathlon to earn All-MIAC First Team honors ... recorded the eighth-best score in CSB history with a 3,891 ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after finishing sixth in both the javelin and 100 hurdles ... recorded a career-best 100 hurdle time (15.87) in the finals and a career-best javelin mark (31.64) at MIACs ... also took 14th in the long jump ... recorded nine individual top-five finishes as a junior ... won the 100 hurdles at St. Olaf on April 23 ... INDOOR: recorded a career-best triple jump mark of 10.54 meters at SJU on March 6 ... swept the long and triple jump on Feb. 28 against Concordia ... recorded 13 individual top-five finishes.
2020: Earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... OUTDOOR: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking fifth in the pentathlon ... recorded the fifth-best pent score in CSB history ... also qualified for the MIAC Championships in the high jump and triple jump ... took 11th in the triple jump with a career-best mark of 10.49 meters ... ran a career-best 60 hurdle time of 9.74 seconds at the conference pentathlon ... recorded a trio of top-three finishes at the CSB/SJU Alum Meet.
2019: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 100 hurdles, long jump, triple jump and heptathlon ... took 10th in the 100 hurdles in a career-best time of 16.38 seconds ... also finished 12th in the heptathlon, 15th in the triple jump and 18th in the long jump ... took third in the triple jump at Trinity ... recorded seven top-five finishes ... INDOOR: qualified for the conference meet in the triple jump and pentathlon ... finished 12th in the pent and 14th in the triple jump ... recorded a pair of runner-up finishes in the triple jump over the course of the season.
High School: Pickthorn is a 2018 graduate of Lakeville where she participated in track and field, volleyball and dance for four years. She qualified for state in the triple jump in both 2017 and 2018, and all-conference dance honors in kick in 2017 and 2018 and jazz in 2017. She also earned all-conference volleyball honors in 2017 and honorable mention accolades in 2016.
Personal: Pickthorn is the daughter of Sherri and Todd Pickthorn. She enjoys traveling, and is a biology major at CSB/SJU.
