2020-21: Played in all nine games as a senior in a season that was shortened and played in Winter 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... finished with 11 blocked shots ... recorded a pair of assists ... finished with 19 shots on net, including seven against Saint Mary's on March 13.

2019-20: Played in 24 games ... scored the second goal of her career on Jan. 10 against Finlandia ... notched a career-high five assists ... finished the year with a career-best 14 blocked shots ... earned Academic All-MIAC honors.

2018-19: Appeared in 23 games ... earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... had three assists ... finished with 12 shots on goal ... blocked eight shots.

2017-18: Named the team's Rookie of the Year ... appeared in 22 games ... scored one goal, the first of her career on Nov. 18 at St. Olaf  ... had one assist ... finished with 23 shots on goal ... blocked nine shots.

High School: Wallace is a 2017 graduate of East Ridge High School where she ran three years of cross country and played five years of lacrosse and hockey. She earned Most Improved, Most Coachable, Captain, Academic All-State, and all-conference honorable mention in 2017 for hockey. Her proudest memory is beating Apple Valley in overtime in the Section 6 game.

Personal: Maria is the daughter of Peder and Christine Wallace. She has two siblings, Luke and Alyssa. Outside of hockey, she enjoys running and lacrosse. She likes being a member of a team and being able to play the sport she loves in college. She is a biology and global business double major with a minor in Hispanic studies at CSB/CJU.
