2021-22: Played in 20 games as a junior...had a career-high two assists against St. Kate's on Jan. 28... finished the season with three assists, 17 shots on net, and nine blocked shots. 

2020-21: Played in seven games as a sophomore in a season that was shortened and played in Winter 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... finished with two shots.

2019-20: Played in 22 games as a first year ... recorded a trio of assists, including an assist on the game-tying goal against St. Thomas ... named the team's Most Improved Player.

High School: Lily is a 2019 graduate from Duluth Marshall High School and played hockey for four years and soccer for one. She earned Lake Superior Conference Honorable Mention in 2018 and 2019 and lettered and captained her team from all four years of high school. Lily also earned the Hobey Baker Award in 2019 and participated in the K1 Northern All-Star game all four years of high school.
 
Personal: Lily is the daughter of Paula and Jon Aamodt and is studying biology. She enjoys water skiing, wake surfing, hiking and being outside with friends and family. She enjoys being a collegiate student-athlete because she likes being a role model for younger athletes who want to continue their sport.
