2021-22: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 500 free and 100 and 200 backstroke .. finished 11th in the 100 back, 16th in the 500 free and 21st in the 200 back ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the fourth-place 200 and 400 medley relay teams ... swam the eighth-best 100 IM in program history at the St. Kate's Pentathlon ... part of the record-setting 200 and 400 medley relay teams at the conference meet ... recorded 11 top-five finishes, including five wins, as a junior.

2020-21: Competed in four meets as a sophomore in a COVID-shortened season ... swam career-best 200 and 500 free times at the St. Kate's Quad ... part of the eighth-fastest 200 free relay in CSB history at the St. Kate's Quad ... also recorded a career-best time in the 100 free at the St. Thomas dual ... recorded five top-five finishes, including a win in the 200 free at the Hamline dual ... also had several top-10 finishes.

2019-20: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 free and 100 and 200 backstroke ... finished seventh in the 100 back, 16th in the 50 free and 18th in the 200 back ... became one of just two CSB swimmers since 2018 to break 25 seconds in the 50 free at the conference meet ... swam the third-best 100 backstroke time in program history at MIACs ... also part of the 200 freestyle relay team that swam the 10th-best time in CSB history ... recorded nine top-five finishes as a first year, including fifth in the 100 back at the Minnesota Challenge.

High School: Madison is a 2019 graduate of Central High School and earned an Academic Award.
 
Personal: Madison is the daughter of Erin and Greg Slavik and is a psychology major with a Spanish minor at CSB/SJU. She enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, listening to music, and playing guitar. Madison likes being a collegiate student-athlete because of the relationships that are built.
