2020-21: Competed in four meets as a sophomore in a COVID-shortened season ... swam a career-best 100 breaststroke time at the St. Kate's Quad to end the season ... recorded four top-five finishes.

2019-20: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 and 100 free and 100 breaststroke ... finished top 20 in the 100 breaststroke and top 25 in the 50 and 100 free ... swam career-bests in the 50 and 100 free at the conference meet ... recorded the eighth-best 100 IM time in program history at the St. Kate's Pentathlon ... also part of the 200 freestyle relay team that swam the 10th-best time in CSB history at the conference meet ... recorded nine top-five finishes as a first year, including a win in the 50 free at the St. Thomas dual.

High School: Thea is a 2019 graduate of Crookston High School and participated in both swimming and track and field for six years. She earned varsity letters in swimming each year from 2013-18, Rookie of the Year in 2013, Most Dedicated Swimmer in 2014 and 2016, and Most Valuable Swimmer in 2017 and 2018. Her proudest moment is qualifying for the state meet in the 100 free and breaking the school record in the 200 free in the same meet.
 
Personal: Thea is the daughter of Lynnea and Andrew Oman and is an elementary education major with a math endorsement. She enjoys swimming, running, traveling, and playing piano. Thea likes being a collegiate student-athlete because she has the opportunity to meet new people and have fun working hard together.
