Biography

2019: Competed in six races as a first year ... recorded a career-best 6k time of 27:04.6 at the MIAC Championships ... recorded a career-best 5k time of 21:50 at the Fall Finale and finished 21st.

High School: Mollgard is a 2019 graduate of Red Wing High School. There she was in cross country and track for six years and Nordic skiing for four years. She was a cross country captain for two years, went to state in cross country in 2015, 2016 and 2017, was named all-conference (2015-17), and earned academic all-state (2017). The proudest moment of her career was making it to state with her team and then as an individual.
 
Personal: Ariana is the daughter of Eric and Neela Mollgaard. She has two siblings, Maya and Lucas. Her hobbies include running, anything outdoors, and spending lots of time with friends and family. She is planning to study nursing. Also competes on the CSB track and field team.
