2019: OUTDOOR:
qualified for the NCAA Championships in the pentathlon and finished 22nd ... earned All-MIAC honors after finishing second in the 100 hurdles ... ran the third-best time in CSB outdoor history ... also earned All-MIAC after finishing second at the MIAC heptathlon ... earned honorable mention accolades after taking sixth in the long jump ... finished 11th in the high jump and 13th in the javelin at the conference meet ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the heptathlon ... took third at the La Crosse Heptathlon and second in the heptathlon at the North Central Qualifier ... INDOOR: finished 14th in the pentathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... took second to earn All-MIAC in the penathlon ... also earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 60 hurdles after taking fifth and finished seventh in the long jump and 16th in the high jump ... won the 60 hurdles at the CSB/SJU Alumnae Meet and the high jump at the St. Olaf Women's Invite ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the pentathlon.

2016: INDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the pentathlon, long jump and as part of the 1,600-meter relay ... finished 11th in the pentathlon and ninth with the relay team ... recorded the seventh-best high jump mark in school history and won the event with a mark of 1.58 meters at the MIAC Pentathlon ... recorded seven top-five finishes ... OUTDOOR ... qualified for the conference meet in the high jump and took 13th ... took second in the high jump at Trinity.

High School: Degen graduated from Brainerd High School in 2015. She participated in volleyball (four years), basketball (four years) and track and field (four years). In volleyball, she was all-conference honorable mention freshman year and all-conference and all-area sophomore, junior and senior year. Degen was a Central Lakes Conference 2014 player of the week, athlete of the week, team captain and MVP in volleyball her senior year. In basketball, she was all-conference honorable mention as a sophomore and junior, all-conference as a senior, all-area as a junior and senior and athlete of the week as a senior. In track and field, Degen was all-conference freshman through senior years, conference champion in 100-meter hurdles and high jump as a senior, all-section as a sophomore, a state participant as a sophomore, MVP as a senior and athlete of the year as a senior.

Personal: Degen is the daughter of Julie (CSB graduate) and Mike Degen. She enjoys boating, skiing, rollerblading and spending time with friends and family. Degen is a nursing major.
