2020:
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... OUTDOORThe 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: did not compete due to injury.

2019: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the pole vault ... finished eighth ... moved into fifth in CSB outdoor history with a vault of 3.43 meters at the Hamline Invite ... won the pole vault twice and took second once ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the pole vault ... INDOOR: earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking fourth in the pole vault ... won the pole vault four times and finished in the top five at all five meets she competed in.

2018: OUTDOOR: competed at two meets in her first season ... finished fourth in the pole vault at the Hamline Twilight ... INDOOR: qualified for the MIAC Championships in pole vault  ... finished fifth to earn All-MIAC Honorable Mention ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the pole vault ... competed at four meets for CSB ... took first in pole vault at St. Olaf Invite and recorded the fifth-best indoor pole vault mark in CSB history (3.36m) ... finished second at CSB/SJU Invitational.

High School: Dalki is a 2017 graduate of Minnetonka High School. She competed in track and field for five years. Dalki earned Academic All-State and all-conference for track and field from 2014-17 and the All-State Award in 2016. Her proudest moment was achieving a personal record of 11 feet 9 inches in the pole vault at the 2016 Class AA State Track Meet.
 
Personal: Elisabeth is the daughter of Patricia and Christopher Dalki. She has one sibling, Josh. Outside of pole vaulting, Elisabeth enjoys working out, playing with dogs and animals and spending time outdoors. She plans to pursue a biology major.
