2016: OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the discus and shot put ... recorded the sixth-best shot put toss in school history (11.54m) at St. Olaf ... also recorded the eighth-best discus mark in school history (37.07) at the same meet ... recorded eight top-five finishes in the outdoor season, including a win in the discus at the Trinity Tri ... also competed in the javelin ... INDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the shot put and weight throw ... recorded the fifth-best shot put mark in school history (11.96m) at the Alumnae Meet ... won the shot put at that meet ... recorded a season-best weight throw mark of 12.10 meters.

High School: Anderson graduated from Sartell High School in 2015. She participated in soccer (three years), Nordic skiing (four years) and track and field (four years). Anderson was all-conference in shot put, all-conference honorable mention in discuss, and academic all-state as a junior in track and field. She was conference champ in shot put and selected for the Hamline Elite Meet as a senior in track and field. As a senior she was a state participant in Nordic skiing.

Personal: Anderson is the daughter of Melissa and Robert Anderson. Both parents and an aunt are graduates of CSB|SJU. She enjoys horseback riding, crafting and lifting. Anderson is a chemistry major and Spanish minor.
