2020-21: Played in three games as a junior in a season that was shortened and played in Winter 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic.

2019-20: Played in 23 games as a sophomore ... scored the first goal of her career on Dec. 8 against St. Kate's ... also notched the first assist of her collegiate career, this on Jan. 10 against Finlandia ... put 27 shots on net.

2018-19: Appeared in 13 games ... registered eight shots on net. 

High School: Stoffers is a 2018 graduate from Shakopee High school where she played hockey for four years and ran cross country for two years. She was named all-academic in hockey (2018). Her proudest moment was when the buzzer rang in her high school team’s 2018 section semi-final and they had won and knew they were going to advance to the section championship. It was the farthest her high school team had advanced in many years.

Personal: Sophie is the daughter of Jay and Jennifer Stoffers. Her mom, Jennifer, also attended CSB.  She has two siblings, Noah and Sadie. Sophie’s hobbies are kickboxing, cooking/baking, water skiing, and driving her family’s boat. She plans on being Pre-Med and studying biology. She looks forward to continuing to play the sport that she grew up loving.
