2019: Competed in one race as a sophomore ... placed in the top 25 at the Twin Cities Twilight with a time of 19:35.8.

2018: Was in the team's top two in all eight meets she competed in  ... qualified for the NCAA Championships in her first year with the program ... finished 134th ... took seventh at the Central Region Championships in 22:26.2 - the fourth-best time in program history ... earned All-Region accolades ... finished in the top 25 at six of the eight meets she competed in, including fourth at the Twin Cities Twilight ... finished 10th at the MIAC Championships to earn All-MIAC honors ... named the team's Bennie Warrior award winner.

High School: Goff is a 2018 graduate of Lewis & Clark High School where she participated in both track and cross country. She and her team won the 2017 state cross country title, and she qualified as an individual three times. She also qualified for state two years in track and field. She earned all-league cross country in 2016 and all-league second team in 2015 and 2017, and was named academic all-state three times in cross country.

Personal: Goff is the daughter of Heidi Heller and JIm Goff, and she enjoys skiing and hiking in her free time. She is majoring in French and political science at CSB/SJU.
