2019-20: Competed in seven meets as a senior ... recorded 11 top-10 finishes ... took fifth in the 100 fly and 10th in the 200 backstroke at the Minnesota Challenge.

2018-19: Competed in four events as a junior after studying abroad in the fall ... took third in the 100 back in the Hamline dual in her first meet back ... recorded six top-10 finishes.

2017-18: Qualified for the 2018 MIAC Championship in the 100 and 200 backstroke and 100 fly ... finished 16th in the 100 back, 20th in the 200 back and 15th in the 100 fly ... recorded career-best times in the 100 and 200 backstroke at the conference meet ... had best finish of third at the Hamline Invite in the 100 fly. 

2016-17: Competed in nine meets as a first year ... swam three season-bests at the Minnesota Challenge ... finished the year with 12 top-10 finishes.

High School: Kleen graduated in 2016 from Sauk Rapids Rice High School. She was the MVP of her swim team for four years in a row. Kleen participated in the state meet four times. In 2014, she was the section champion in the 100 backstroke. Kleen is the school record holder in the medley relay and the 400 free relay.
 
Personal: Larissa is the daughter of Diane and Dale Kleen. She has one sister, Katrina. In her spare time, Larissa enjoys traveling with friends and listening to music. While at CSB|SJU, she is a nutrition major with a concentration in dietetics.
