ST. JOSEPH, Minn. – Due to COVID-19 testing protocols, the College of Saint Benedict hockey team's game at Bethel, scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, has been canceled.
 
According to the MIAC COVID-19 competition plan, any contest that is unable to be completed due to COVID-19 roster-related issues on the assigned date will automatically be considered a forfeit in the conference standings. This plan was approved by the MIAC President's Council in October.
 
The Bennies will be credited with a win in the MIAC standings and the Royals will be charged as a loss.
 
Friday's game may not be rescheduled for a later date as a nonconference game, but will not count in the MIAC standings.
