(Lindstrom, Minn.) allowed just four hits while striking out seven to earn her ninth win on the season.

In game two, the long ball came alive, as Lexi Alm (Stacy, Minn.) started the scoring with a three-run blast in the first, notching her fourth homerun of the season.

In the fifth inning, Stacy Svihel (Cold Spring, Minn.) followed suit with her second on the season, a solo shot to left. Svihel started a three-run rally in the inning as the Blazers scored six runs for the 12th time on the season.

Emily Engelemeier (South St. Paul, Minn.) allowed just six hits and struck out five for her 12th win and third complete game shutout on the year.

Alm led the offense with four hits over the two games, also scoring three times and driving in another four.

Now winners of four straight, the Blazers have strung together their longest winning streak since rattling off nine straight early March.

Today marked the start of a busy final week to the season for the Blazers, as they have four more doubleheaders on the schedule over the next five days. Tomorrow they return home to host Carleton at 3:30 p.m.
