St. Cloud, Minn. – The College of Saint Benedict hockey team enters its second conference series of the season this weekend against Augsburg.
Saint Benedict (1-2-2, 0-2 MIAC) enters the series after suffering two losses from St. Thomas last weekend. St. Thomas took game one of the series 3-2 in St. Cloud before securing the sweep with a 6-2 win at home. Augsburg is 1-5 so far this season and is 0-2 in MIAC play. The Auggies were swept last weekend by St. Catherine.
Augsburg is led in scoring by first-year Kayla Feuchtmann. Feuchtmann has two goals and two assists totaling four points in her first collegiate season. Sophomore Rachel Hennessy is next in line for the Auggies with two points, both coming from assists. Augsburg has put up some good numbers between the pipes in their first six games. Sophomore Brianna Schulz has a 92% save percentage with 175 saves despite only having one win this season.

Christine Brodersen and sophomore
Megan Brettingen. Olson and Brettingen lead Saint Benedict with three goals each. Bordersen has two goals and an assist while Pollock leads the team in assists with three. These for players have a combined +/- of +10.
Saint Benedict will begin the series at 7 p.m. on Nov. 16 in Minneapolis, Minn. before hosting the Auggies at 2 p.m. on Nov. 17.
