Brianna Barrett continued to pace the Blazer basketball team last week, leading the team in scoring in all three games. The junior has now led the team in four straight games, and in five of the last six. In the Blazers' 57-47 win over Macalester, she scored a career high 20 points, setting a new career high for the third time in the season, while becoming the Blazers first 20-point scorer on the year.
She has scored in double figures in four straight games, and has risen to seventh in the league in scoring at 13.0 points per game. Over three games last week, she averaged 16.3 points per game, shooting nearly 50% from the field. She was also nearly perfect at the free throw line, making 15-of-17.
