CSB head coach Robin Balder-Lanoue

Robin Balder-Lanoue heads into her 23rd season as the head cross country coach at CSB in 2019. Balder-Lanoue, who has also served as the school's head track and field coach for 22 years, has guided CSB to 12 top-five MIAC finishes, including fourth-place finishes in four of the last five seasons. Saint Benedict has finished in the top 10 at regions in 16 of her 21 seasons. Saint Benedict has also won 22 straight USTFCCCA All-Academic Team awards dating back to 1998 under Balder-Lanoue's guidance.

SJU head coach Tim Miles

Tim Miles begins his 41st season as the SJU cross country head coach in 2017. He is also an assistant coach for the track and field team. SJU has finished in the top two in the MIAC 25 of the last 39 seasons, including nine MIAC titles. Miles is a 1976 SJU graduate and earned All-MIAC honors during his days with the SJU cross country team.
