Head coach Mike Durbin
12044Mike Durbin is in his 33rd season with the CSB basketball program in 2018-19. Durbin led CSB to the NCAA Tournament for the 17th time in school history and the first time in nine years in 2018. The team's 22-5 record marked the 25th 20-win season in his career, making him one of just five Division III women's basketball coaches with 25 or more 20-win seasons. Durbin has led Saint Benedict to 13 MIAC championships, 26 top-four MIAC finishes, 17 NCAA tournaments and two NCAA Final Four appearances. He picked up the 600th win of his career in 2013-14.

Durbin has been running the CSB Basketball Summer Camps since starting at the school in 1986.

Denny Johnson

Denny Johnson retired as CSB's longtime assistant coach following the 2015-16 season. He coached alongside Mike Durbin for 30 years, and has been honored as AFLAC's national assistant coach of the year.

Assistant coach Kaitlyn Kuefler

12043Kaitlyn Kuefler has been with the CSB basketball program for two seasons. In 2017-18, she helped lead the team to a 22-win season and its first trip to the NCAA Tournament since 2009. Kuefler is an Annandale native who played basketball for three years at Division II St. Cloud State.
