ST. JOSEPH, Minn. – The College of Saint Benedict is excited to announce Miranda Nieman as the next licensed athletic trainer for the College of Saint Benedict Athletics department, according to an announcement today by CSB Athletics Director
Kelly Anderson Diercks.
Nieman, of Stevens Point, Wis., will work with student-athletes, and coaches on injury prevention, diagnosis, rehabilitation, sports medicine, and human performance. She joins a sports medicine team that includes
Rachel Hassler and

"We are delighted to welcome Miranda to the CSB Athletics family," said Anderson Diercks. "During the interview process, it was clear that her experience and drive aligned with what we were looking for in our next athletic trainer."
Over the past two years, CSB has restructured its athletic training program by moving to a three-person athletic training team. This restructure is an effort to align with current national trends in the field of athletic training and provide the best-possible care for St. Ben's student-athletes.
"I'm excited to be part of the CSB community and work with new athletes! I can't wait to learn and grow in this position alongside my colleagues at St. Ben's," said Nieman.
