Head coach Nicole Hess

Nicole Hess heads into her 10th season as the head volleyball coach at Saint Benedict in 2019. In 2018, the team made the NCAA Tournament for the seventh time in her tenure, and made a run to the Sweet 16. Hess, who had a successful playing career in the MIAC, picked up her 175th win with Saint Benedict in 2018 and she has more than 250 total wins in her head coaching career.

Assistant coach Amanda Anderson

Amanda Anderson wrapped up her 15th season with the Saint Benedict volleyball team in 2015. She has helped CSB to more than 300 wins and was part of the 2017 and 2009 MIAC Championships, an appearance in the NCAA Elite Eight in 2008 and three MIAC runner-up teams. Anderson, a member of the NDSU volleyball team in college, has coached numerous camps in Minnesota and North Dakota.
